Butchery and sacrificial slaughter knives, handcrafted in the UAE.  Knives are made of VG10 stainless steel with a hardness of up to 60 HRC. Cleavers are made of Cumani steel with a hardness of up to 60 HRC.  Knife cover are made of leather for storing the knives and cleavers.
