  • Orders placed from restricted locations will be cancelled and refunded.

5. Returns and Liability

  • Sold knives cannot be returned or exchanged, so be sure of your choice and ask questions via WhatsApp (+971569142214) about the selected product so that we can help you choose or send photos or videos about the product.
  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
  • All products are sold “as-is” with any applicable warranties stated at the time of sale.

6. Indemnity

AFKnife - AlFaris Knives General Trading

فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية:

1. شرط السن القانوني

يجب أن يكون عمرك [21] عامًا على الأقل (وفقًا للقوانين المحلية في منطقتك) لشراء السكاكين منا.بإتمام طلبك، فإنك تؤكد استيفائك لشرط السن القانوني في منطقتك.قد يُطلب منك إثبات السن عند الدفع أو الاستلام.

2. الامتثال للقوانين المحلية

أنت مسؤول عن ضمان قانونية شراء وحيازة وحمل السكاكين في ولايتك أو مقاطعتك أو بلدك.لسنا مسؤولين عن أي مشاكل قانونية قد تنشأ نتيجة عدم امتثالك للقوانين المحلية.

4. قيود الشحن

لا نشحن السكاكين إلى المناطق التي يُحظر فيها ذلك.سيتم إلغاء الطلبات المُقدّمة من مواقع مُقيّدة واسترداد ثمنها.

5. الإرجاع والمسؤولية

لا يُمكن إرجاع أو استبدال السكاكين المُباعة، لذا تأكد من اختيارك واسأل عبر واتساب (971569142214+) حول المنتج المُختار حتى نتمكن من مساعدتك في اختياره أو إرسال صور أو مقاطع فيديو عنه.لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسارة أو إصابة أو ضرر ناتج عن استخدام أو إساءة استخدام منتجاتنا.تُباع جميع المنتجات "كما هي" مع أي ضمانات سارية مُذكورة وقت البيع.

6. التعويض

أنت توافق على تعويض

ومالكيها، وموظفيها، والشركات التابعة لها، وحمايتها من أي مطالبات أو التزامات ناشئة عن شرائك أو استخدامك سكاكيننا.
